AUTO-RENEWAL

Membership purchases auto-renew monthly and annually, depending on how you purchased, on or close to the date of purchase.

LOGGING INTO MEMBERSHIP

You can log in from your phone, tablet or computer. "Log in" link is located in the upper right corner of the site navigation. On mobile, it is within the menu icon list of links (last link). When clicking on Log in, it will ask you to enter your email and password. After logging in, you will be redirected to The Conscious Woman Membership portal.

Note: If you do not see the log in field right away, refresh your page and it will appear.

REFUNDS

If you selected the annual membership, you have 7 days from initial purchase date to request a full refund by filling out the refund form below. To ensure a successful refund, you must provide the same email address you enrolled with. Refunding your membership prevents your payment method from being charged in the future.

Your access to the membership site and Facebook group will be removed 7 days after your purchase. Refunds are not available for annual subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days.

Refunds are not available for the monthly membership.

Please do not dispute claim directly with your credit card company as your first step – we are here to help. We cannot initiate a cancellation requested through Facebook or any other social media.

PAYMENT DEFAULTS

If your payment method provided cannot be processed for any of the payments, you’ll be contacted. Your access to membership may be suspended until your payments are current.
