  • What does ‘reaching your potential’ mean to you?

  • What does contribution mean to you?

  • List all the ways you contribute to someone or something outside of your self.

  • How would you know you've reached your potential? What would be the evidence? List all of it.

  • Who, or what, do you feel pulled to contribute to? Who do you want to help?

  • What’s preventing you from reaching your full potential? Is it mental, physical, time dependent, financial?


PRACTICE

I believe that giving back, or contributing in some way to something outside of ourselves is the clearest and most direct path to reaching our potential. As explained in the audio training, start small, but start today. Begin 1 thing that gets your closer to your potential. You can use work, family, relationship, or community as your vehicle. In other words, where and how can you give? Help?
